Anger Management
If you are concerned about your ability to manage your anger or your anger has resulted in personal loss involving marital conflict, parent/child relationship and/or other relationship problems, employment problems, or involvement in criminal court we are here to help you.
Care Clinics Inc. utilizes the What's Good About Anger Counseling program which is an evidenced based program (EBP). We provide anger management counseling, education, and are Certified Anger Management Specialists (CAMS II) through the National Anger Management Association (NAMA).

As the quote above indicates everybody has the ability to let one's anger become harmful but we can learn to change our anger response. Our professional staff will begin with a comprehensive anger management evaluation then determine what recommendations are needed. Care Clinics Inc. can provide 6, 8, and 16-week anger management counseling programs. All treatment begins with a plan and includes the patient's needs and wants for a successful outcome.
Anger Management Sessions $65 for 45 Minutes And $130 For 90 Minutes

These anger management counseling appointments are one-to-one and focus on learning specific behavioral skills and ways of thinking so you can cope with anger. Anger management will teach you how to communicate your needs in a healthy way.
Anger Management Evaluation $150
(Virtual Appointments Available)
This appointment is one-on-one with and lasts about 1 hour. During this appointment clients will meet with a clinician to go over their anger issues and complete clinical testing and historical information about anger responses.
What to Bring
Bring your identification and payment. Insurance does not cover these services and payment is expected at time of appointment.
Anger Management Counseling
This appointment is one-on-one weekly and for 45 to 90 minutes. During this appointment clients will be introduced to the anger management program and be given a booklet which will chart their response to the counseling session.

The program begins with some information about anger, misconceptions about anger, learning to measure feelings of anger, and skills to reduce or stop angry feelings.

Payment is due at time of service.
Anger Management Group Counseling
Anger Management Group Counseling $130 Per 2 Hour Session
Group meets for 2 hours weekly and needs at least 5 clients in attendance to run. Times and dates will be communicated to interested clients.
During this appointment clients will be introduced to the anger management program and be given a booklet which will chart their response to the counseling session.
